Privacy Policy
MeasureStamp is made by EM&K SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the MeasureStamp app for iPhone and iPad and this website handle your information.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store or receive any of your data. The app has no account and no server, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
What stays on your device
Measurements, job and location numbers, materials, notes, drawings and photos are saved only on your iPhone or iPad. Photos you save go to your Photos library. If you delete the app, its data is deleted from the device (photos already saved to Photos stay there).
Permissions the app asks for
- Camera: to take job photos and measure with LiDAR.
- Location (while using the app): to stamp GPS and address on photos.
- Photos: to save stamped photos to an album for each job.
You can turn these off any time in Settings. Location is only used while the app is open and is never sent to us.
Apple services
To turn GPS into a street address, the app uses Apple’s maps service, and the translate button uses Apple’s on-device translation. Purchases, including the one-time Pro unlock, are handled by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive your payment details. Apple’s use of data is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Sharing
The app only shares something when you tap Share (for example, to email or WhatsApp). What happens after that is covered by the app or service you send it to.
This website
measurestamp.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver the site.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.
Children
The app is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
